Training and health information

Your account presents the current Training Agreement and its privacy information before acceptance. Health-information consent is a separate choice.

I explicitly consent to Dean Nicholson, operating as Nicholson PT, using the health information I choose to provide (including injuries, illness, pain, restrictions and recovery) to assess training suitability, prepare and adapt my programme, and provide coaching. Authorised coaches and the service providers identified in the privacy notice may process it for that purpose. This is separate from accepting the agreement or receiving optional reminders. I can withdraw at any time in You → Health information. Withdrawal stops personalised training processing and starts a review of my data and service arrangements; it does not automatically cancel payments or promise a refund. I can still use account support and manage cancellation. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing. Any further retention requires an appropriate legal basis and will be reviewed.

Free ebook taster

We use your email to deliver the taster and record your request. The two follow-up emails are optional and require confirmation. Cloudflare provides storage and email delivery. We do not sell your details.

Unconfirmed requests and delivery-only details are deleted after 30 days. Opted-in details are retained for the campaign until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. Each follow-up includes an unsubscribe link.
