Use the ideas flexibly

Choose foods you enjoy and can afford. Use the examples as meal-building ideas and adjust quantities to appetite, your routine and any individual advice you already follow. You do not have to eat every listed meal or snack.

The collection contains two seven-day idea rotations. You can revisit rotation A in weeks 1, 3 and 5 and rotation B in weeks 2, 4 and 6, or mix meals in an order that suits you. This is an organisational example, not a six-week diet prescription.

Snack names in the original books referred to pre- and post-workout timing. They are shown here as optional snack ideas; you do not need a particular shake or snack before or after every workout. Protein powder is optional and is not a requirement for progress.

Food that fits your life.
